Editorial policy
- Every figure comes from a named public source, linked on the page.
- All models are calculated with the same method, published on our methodology page.
- We do not publish models with fewer than 200 cars in the data, and mark models under 1,000 cars as indicative.
- Where a manufacturer's data is internally inconsistent, we say so rather than show it.
- We correct errors as soon as we confirm them and update the date on the page.
- No car maker or advertiser can pay to change a ranking.
